You must apply for a permit to construct, reconstruct, alter, add or repair a Private Sewer Construction (PSC) by completing the appropriate form, which can be found on the DLGOL website www.DLGOL.org under Forms-Applications. The application is submitted accompanied by the necessary documents and drawings – which are detailed on the back of the form – to the Customer Service Department at DLGOL’s headquarters at 12 Adamantiou Korai, 6302 Larnaka.

When the process of checking your application is completed and the PSC connection permit of your premises is issued, you will be informed in writing about the PSC connection permit fee which you have to pay either at the Customer Service Department at DLGOL’s head office at 12 Adamantiou Korai, 6302 Larnaka, or online via the website https://www.jccsmart.com/.

Subsequently, the applicant constructs at his own expense the PSC of his premises, based on the approved plans and the terms of the PSC connection permit which he has received from DLGOL.

Once the construction of the PSC of the premises is completed, call at tel. 97886339 of the DLGOL’s Technical Services Department in order to arrange an appointment for an inspection by the DLGOL’s Competent Officer. If it meets the specifications of the DLGOL’s Technical Services Department, the Consent for connection of the building’s water supply system to the central sewerage system is issued.

You also construct the PSC at your own expense based on the approved plans and conditions of the permit. Once the construction of the Private Sewer is completed you notify the DLGOL Technical Services Division for inspection by the Competent Officer and subsequently a consent is issued for connection to the main sewerage system.

Once you have received the letter of notification for a Private Sewer Building Connection Permit, which has been sent to the mailing address you have filled out on the form “Request for a Permit for Construction, Reconstruction, Alteration, Addition or Repair of a Private Sewer Construction”, you will receive a copy of the permit PSC “, you should come to the Customer Service at the DLGOL headquarters at 12 Adamantiou Korai, 6302 Larnaka in order to pay the fee for the issuance of the Private Sewer Construction permit. Subsequently, the Private Sewer Construction Permit will be sent to you by mail together with the approved plans.
2. Alternatively, after receiving the above notice, you can pay the PSC construction permit fee online via the website https://www.jccsmart.com/. The Private Sewer Construction construction permit and the approved plans will then be sent to you by post to the above postal address.

Σε κάθε ολόκληρο τεμάχιο, έστω και αν υπάρχουν πέραν του ενός συνιδιοκτήτες ή υποστατικά, τοποθετείται μία μόνο δωρεάν σύνδεση από την Διεύθυνση Τεχνικών Υπηρεσιών του ΕΟΑΛ. Για κάθε επιπρόσθετη σύνδεση, η οποία θα πρέπει να ζητηθεί γραπτώς από τον/τους ιδιοκτήτη/ες, τα έξοδα κατασκευής θα πρέπει να καταβάλλονται προκαταρκτικά από τους ιδιοκτήτες.

Even when there is an already constructed provision for an PSC connection on a parcel, the procedure for applying for a permit for construction, reconstruction, alteration, addition or repair of a Private Sewer Construction (PSC) accompanied by the necessary plans and documents, as detailed above, must still be followed.
